    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Power Pro-Tech Services, Inc. full-time (More than 3 years)

Good work environment. Friendly employees. Good Benefits. Pay is decent. Team spirited. Everyone works together to get the job done

Not really room to move up. The company is expanding so that could change in time. Salesmen are difficult to work with sometimes. They are needy

    Advice to Management

Get salesmen to do their own quotes. Work on the benefits as they could always get better. Work on giving raises in an appropriate time.

    Average Interview

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Power Pro-Tech Services, Inc. (Ball Ground, GA) in November 2014.

Unorganized, Unorthodox. A lot of beating around the bush, tap dancing and just plain not knowing what to do during the interview process. Offered other positions than what I was there for. I flew 2200 miles on very little sleep and jumped through many hoops to get to the interview, just to be disappointed. I am still awaiting reimbursement for the Hotel and Rental car. Their Benefits package sucked as well. I will however say they were genuinely nice as long as their smoke breath wasn't knocking you out! It appears that you will be under someones thumb for your tenure with this company. If you want to be a field tech it seems ok, but the rest of the guys seem to work under the good ole boy system, except for a select few.
