I have been working at Power & TEL full-time (Less than a year)
family oriented company. steady job with nice people and predictable hours. good place for first or last job.
Poor communication from management and between departments. About 10 people left in the last few weeks for better paying jobs and management is pretending like nothing changed and not communicating who is absorbing their responsibilities. employee evaluations feel rushed.
Advice to Management
Little opportunity for advancement or raises leaves younger employees feeling under valued and frustrated.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Power & TEL.
meet with HR first then the manager for the team you are applying to. Took about 5 face to face interviews before an offer came. After the manager decides if they want to hire you, you will interview with other people in the company to see if you are a good fit.
