Great environment to work in and very collaborative people to work with.

Cons

My position doesn't pay a living wage and there doesn't seem to be opportunities for promotional growth within the company.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PowerMyLearning (New York, NY)

    Interview

It was surprising to complete the final interview stage, be asked for my references and have said references contacted, and be told that I am a great candidate, only to have radio silence for a week after that. Following my inquiry, it turned out that a candidate who had previously turned down an offer some time ago, popped back up at the last minute to accept the offer, so had bypassed the entire process. I can't say that it left a great impression as to the business practices of this company.
