I have been working at PowerPlan full-time (More than 3 years)
Really smart employees
Recent technology changes point to a promising future
New analytics solution successfully released
Business is growing
Strategy is not always clear
Focus is always on financial results
Somewhat high turnover in consulting (this is getting better)
Advice to Management
Communicate changes/improvements internally
The new leadership change is starting to produce results, don't stop and don't look back
There will always be criticism from long term employees that don't like change
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at PowerPlan (Atlanta, GA) in October 2016.
I believe there are 2 rounds of interviews. I believe the first round is a screening phone interview followed by the second round office visit interview. I never went through the screening phone interview; rather, I was invited for the office visit after talking to the recruiter and a few employees at our university career fair. The office interview process included one behavioral interview and an office tour. The behavioral interview was an hour long with 2-3 professionals.
