One of the better utilities in Australia, some good, smart people and reasonable pay. If you're in the right role, you'll have a good time.
Lots of middle management zombies, ever tightening budgets and 6 monthly restructures seem to be the norm. Lots of talk about flexible work arrangements, but never approve them

Hire more leaders, and get rid of the administrators
I applied online. I interviewed at Powercor Australia.
It was a very structured interview process with behavioural questions based on competencies required to fulfill the tasks required by the job. There were three interviewers that made the whole process feel very seamless. The questions asked were to ensure the candidates were well rounded for the role and covered a large range of topics (including work, uni, volunteering, past experiences, etc... in a behavioral interview format)
