    Pros

    Always creating new products and being on the cutting edge of physician recruitment. Best benefits I have ever had. Everyone has some type of incentive bonus plan. Leadership is strong and listens to employees.

    Submitted resume received a call after about a week. The process was simple, Phone interview, in person interview with boss then the team. It took about a week before an offer was made. I started 2 weeks later.
