    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Prairie Farms Dairy.

    Interview

The company had just moved its headquarters to the area and I was excited about the opportunity to join the company. Unfortunately the job description was bloated and inaccurate in describing the role. The person conducting the interview seemed standoffish, uninterested in me or talking about the company and it’s recent move. Then I seemed to be “put on the spot” about procedures around PF standards of operations - things anyone can be shown and taught on the job. I am a senior director with 20 years experience but I left this meeting feeling stupid, misled and a bit insulted. To make matters worse, I followed up in a few weeks and was told I was still being considered, but after that - nothing. They lacked the professional courtesy or were too lazy to at least tell me they went with someone else and ignored me.

    Interview Questions

    • My question: This is a great area and the new building looks great. Will you be moving to town to be closer to the new office space?   1 Answer
