    Pros

Skill Development: I have the chance to enhance my technical skills in machine learning, deep learning, data analysis, and programming languages such as Python and TensorFlow. These skills are highly sought after in the industry.

    Cons

Uncertain Outcomes: Research projects may not always yield positive results, which can be frustrating and demotivating. I might spend months working on a project that ultimately doesn't produce meaningful results.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Prairie View A&M (Prairie View, TX)

      Interview

Interview was easy but a bit strange. Staff interviewed instead of a manager or someone in leadership, asked a few pre-written behavioral questions then that was it. There was not much discussion or any questions about my experience or background. It is important to have a good resume because the interview process isn't where you will stand out. But it was nice to meet the staff I would be working with and I had the opportunity to ask them questions about the job as well.
