Pros
I've worked for Praxent as a contractor for a little over 4 months, and am excited to join the team as a full time employee next week! I have been so impressed with Praxent at every point in my journey with them. They are transparent in their interviewing process, and I felt as though I had already formed budding friendships with the folks I interviewed with before even being offered the position. Since starting work with Praxent, I have felt welcomed and supported. The design team is full of kind, funny, and talented individuals. The culture is warm and joyful, with great flexibility that allows for a work/life balance that I never could have dreamed of in my previous career. I feel so lucky to have landed at Praxent, and look forward to continuing my work with them.

Interview
I was invited for interviewing for Praxent multiple times, never a good experience: First time: interview was cancelled because "this job was frozen", even though a week later saw the recruiter congratulating someone who was hired for this position on LI. If you are already on a late stage hiring, why schedule an interview? And then don't even interview, just cancel it because the recruiter time is way more valuable than a candidate experience and transparency throughtout the process. Second time: I was there 5 minutes early, and have waited for 20 total minutes (my 5 minutes early + 15 minutes), the recruiter didn't showed up, didn't mailed or messaged about any delays or rescheduling. Third time: cancelled without any motive. No e-mail, no message, nothing. in a nutshell: don't expect any respect from this company or its recruiters on the hiring process. Wouldn't expect any respect when already hired as well. Pretty sure I have just dodged a bullet.Interviewnever got the interview, always something weird happening before
