I worked at Prb Management part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Taco Bell was okay until the new manager, Andrea, came in and my promotion was never followed through.

    Cons

Ever since Andrea came in, my Taco Bell location went down the hill. A lot of my former coworkers (like 6 people and probably more) and I left because she was cutting everybody’s hours, no matter the seniority. On top of that, she was very rude. I’ve been loyal to Taco Bell for over 3 years and I can’t even get my hours? I was even trained to be a shift manager, but I was always given excuses because I’m ‘part-time’ I can’t be one. First of all, a part-time manager is better than no manager. Other companies have no problem promoting people as part-time shift managers. Also, a woman at my location was promised to be an assistant manager but you guys decided to bring somebody else from another location. She left as well because there is no room to grow. Taco Bell is very cheap and I don’t appreciate what was going on, so I had to leave too.

    Advice to Management

If a person has been loyal to your company for years, at least promote them to the position they want. I was so eager to become a shift manager, but the fact I was trained and couldn’t become one because of my availability was very messed up. There is no growth in this company so I will have the opportunity to grow somewhere else. Nobody should EVER be stagnated. Get your stuff together. I almost wanted to sue you guys for other numerous of reasons (and I won’t say it here because it’s a lot more negative) but I won’t since I’m too nice and have a heart unlike you guys.
