Good hours. no apparent supervision
I had a three week contract with precise through Healthcare Support. I worked for a week and four days, Precise called Healthcare Support and told them my productivity wasn't what they expected. I did everything I was ask to do by the other coworkers or that was written on the white board, I feel the work was caught up and they didn't need me anymore so in order to get out of their contract with Healthcare Support they lied and said I wasn't meeting productivity.
Advice to Management
New owners that know how to run a business and knows how to treat people right would be a start.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Precise (London, England (UK)) in June 2012.
Very easy, 2 interviews, one with hiring manager, one with hiring manager and sales director. They tried to interrogate me, and were most concerned with personal drive and motivation, as opposed to sales skills.
