    Pros

The employees, especially management was very thorough during my training process. It took no time at all and I was on my own working. Comfortable and very friendly atmosphere! I have no problems with this company.

    Cons

I don't have any. Treat a job well and it will do the same for you!

    Application

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Precision Document Solutions (Carrollton, TX) in July 2017.

    Interview

The interview process included three total interviews: 1) HR and Office Management, 2) Manager of the Technical Services group and then 3) the final interview with the IT Director. The first two interviews gauged my overall history, personality, goals, and generally tried to determine if I was an overall fit for what they are looking for. The second interview got more technical and gave me more details on the workload, skillset required and really gave me a chance to decide if this was a job I wanted to pursue. The final interview with the Director of IT was the real deciding factor. The first two were really to filter candidates and only those who appeared to be serious contenders meet with the IT Director. The last interview was actually pretty fun, very informative and was more like an hour conversation than an interview. The whole process was good for me... less stressful than others I've gone through for sure.

    Interview Questions

    • Their primary concern, aside from my history and skillset, centered around my intentions over the next year. Was I looking for something stable where I'd learn a LOT as long as I planned to stay for a while. Basically they wanted to know if I was a job-hopper or not.   1 Answer
