I worked at Precision Engine Controls as an intern (More than a year)
-Small team that you get to know well.
-Manufacturing is done on site so you get to know the product very well.
-Diverse and interesting products.
-Flat management structure.
-Good pay for interns (at least while I was there).
-There were a ton of layoffs while I was there and I was not offered a full-time position at the end of my internship.
Advice to Management
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Precision Engine Controls in January 2009.
There were 3 one on one interviews all in the same day. A plant tour followed the interviews.
