Pros
Everyone works remotely, but are brought together annually for an amazing retreat. Although it’s remote and employees are spread throughout the East coast, you still feel like a part of a cohesive team. Management does a great idea of fostering an environment where you feel supported and valued, and accomplishments are awarded with pay increases and promotions. They truly care about the health and happiness of employees and encourage personal growth. And they know how to have FUN!
Cons
The only potential downside is if you don’t favor working remotely.
