My recruiter has been fantastic to work with. She has been a career mentor as well as my main contact at PH! Even when something doesn't fall directly into her area of expertise (such as payroll) she makes time to find the answers I need. I also appreciate that I can focus more on my students and less on bureaucracy. When I attend building PD, it's because it's relevant to my job, not because I am required to as school district staff.
