Advice to Management
Refresh your strategy process. Focus on concise, clear aims and ensure your decision making is disciplined around these clear aims and priorities.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Premier Farnell (Cleveland, OH) in October 2011.
Generally 2-3 interviews for most positions. Typical competency-based interview. Best way to prepare is to think of as many scenarios as possible from your previous work experiences and learn to articulate how you handled difficult situations. Demonstrate confidence in your skills and the ability to translate those skills into what is required for the position.
