I worked at Premier Salons (Less than a year)
The company provided many training opportunities and had a wide range of even the newest products. Your growth was directly connected to the work you're willing to put in.
Some locations had access to better equipment or faster repairs. You have to aggressively pursue anything you need or are trying to implement.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Premier Salons (Westland, MI).
They make the job out to be as great as possible, don't bring you up to the salon to see that they're going downhill and there's more tumbleweeds going through the salon than there are clients.
The interview process was painless and was just a lot of basic questions that didn't require any thinking to answer.
