I have been in the workforce for over 30 years. Premise Health is hands down the BEST place I have ever worked. Our leadership is engaged and focused on providing excellent quality service to our clients, and a supportive environment for professional growth of the employees. The organization lives its values. We are supported in having work/life balance, engaging our strengths at work, and speaking up with ideas to make the company even better. Each day, I know that I help someone to live a healthier, happier life by providing access to cutting edge services such as wellness coaching and mindfulness meditation. I feel very fortunate to have found a home at Premise Health!
I have not discovered many cons. Perhaps, because we do have so many opportunities to innovate, I have at times taken on a heavy workload, but my manager has always been available to help me prioritize, simplify and regain my work/life balance.

Keep doing what you are doing! Your focus on leading the industry, growing the employees, and providing an exceptional patient experience is much appreciated!
I had a phone interview that consisted of the usual types of questions as well as questions concerning types of job related task I felt competent in or had experience in.I then had a group interview followed by a "meet and greet" with a Cummins executive.
Overall it was a pleasant experience.
They were open to my counteroffer and ultimately accepted.
