I have been working at Premium Waters full-time (More than 3 years)

    -3.5 day weekends
    -free water
    -fairly easy job
-the culture is really diverse, mostly good though. Your coworkers are like family at times due to them enduring the harsh environment with you
    - the company buys us a ton of ice cream in the summer time for us to cool off with.

-three 12 hour shifts back to back
-extremely hot in the summer time. multiple people have passed out due to heat exhaustion. The evap fans are constantly breaking down due to bad pumps and maintenance wont fix.
-some employees do the bare minimum while others pull their weight.
    -constantly short handed
-still low pay with the new raise
    -management wont hire new people

    Advice to Management

My advice to management is take care of your employees. its hot out there. Don't take advantage of your hard workers.
Please do something about the heat. The system you have in place isn't cooling anything off. And my last word of advice to you guys is give raises based on performance because the hard workers have to pull the weight of the lazy ones just to get paid the same. It's time to make some real changes and it starts with how well you take care of your workers because we are the backbone of the company.
