I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Presagis (Orlando, FL) in August 2015.
I was subjected to a short phone interview to get some specific information about my experience and salary requirements. For the main interview, the Director and HR representative video-conferenced from Canada with the PM locally in Orlando. I showed up on time and was offered water, which I accepted. The Director asked several questions before the HR rep showed up late. The HR rep's questions were boilerplate, while the Director's questions were probing. The three company people spent an inordinate amount of time describing the job specifics and asked few questions about my experience. They seemed to be trying to convince me not to take the job because it would be a very hard job.
