    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Presbyterian SeniorCare (Pittsburgh, PA) in May 2015

    Interview

Submit online, get a call, wait to here about interview, schedule interview.
Met briefly with an individual from HR who asked some normal interview questions (strengths/weaknesses, talk about a conflict you've had with a coworker, etc.), after which I spoke with the Supervisor for that department. It was more of a conversation than a formal interview at that point, so I had more detail about the position.
    Interview

Tell me about I time you've experienced a conflict with a coworker?
