I worked at Prescott College part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Community oriented and full of passion. There are many things that keep a college up and running and one key factor is passionate individuals. If you truly want to make a difference in the world, this college campus is one place where you can feel fulfilled.

    Cons

Low wages or low hours were the drawback to this position I accepted. Non-profit colleges are hard to make a decent living but what is more important to the individual? To be rich and unfulfilled? Or does one rather being wealthy? Needs can be met with the salaries and wages here, but one would also feel fulfilled at the end of the day.

    Advice to Management

Try to find more funding that keeps this wonderful college up and running in a non-profit fashion. My favorite thing about this college is it is non-profit and private. Let us keep it that way!
