Additionally, in 2014, we piloted a successful corporate mentoring program, so we are currently implementing the program across the company in second quarter 2015.

At Press Ganey, we have a longstanding tradition of measuring our associates' satisfaction and engagement and using insights from the survey to continually improve our organization. We are proud to share the outstanding results of our 2014 Associate Partnership Survey!
Overall, we reached an all-time high participation of 96%, and even more noteworthy, we saw our engagement/satisfaction rates improve across all functional areas and within each category from 2013 to 2014. For example, we received “off the charts” ratings for meaningful work, quality products and services, collaboration with colleagues and relationships with direct managers. Also, we received more than 2,400 written comments, and our CEO, Pat Ryan, personally read every one.

The company has absorbed health benefit increases for 6 years.... merit increses have taken place for the last 6 years, the company pays close attention to non-executive positions and appreciates the value of these decision to their associate.

It’s fast paced if you dont like change and to be challenged this place isnt for you. It’s a demanding work enviroment and the rate of change in healthcare is dynamic...it’s a cycle of innovation and self disruption, can be fun can be daunting! Company manages a tight budget, I’d always like more!

I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Press Ganey (South Bend, IN) in October 2017.
After submitting application on line, I was contacted by recruiter who seemed impressed with my credentials. I moved along through four levels of interviews as well as an online "assessment". Upon completing the assessment, I heard nothing. I sent two emails over the course of 3 weeks to follow up with no reply. Two phone calls also went unanswered. The courtesy of a simple rejection would have been appreciated after investing many hours of time in this process. For a company whose sole purpose is to create a better experience for patients and employees, my experience would indicate they need to look inward.
