The Prestashop career section leads to the website welcometothejungle. I was surprised the entire job description was only in French for a saas company going global. Once you decide to apply, you can connect your Linkedin profile, which is a great idea and frictionless. I quickly got an email to decline my application. I wondered why, as I genuinely believed my profile was the perfect match. Unfortunately, it appears that Prestashop received a blank application. So the Linkedin connection tool didn't seem to work. I eventually had an interview, and the Prestashop role and culture seemed quite fine; however, when we discussed salary, I got baffled by the compensation offered for this role. It was, IMO, terribly low, especially for a saas with the ambitions they have for the future. After this screening call, I never heard back from them. So I believe the compensation talk was a deal breaker on both ends.InterviewCan you tell me more about yourself, your previous experience, and your days to day tasks? Would you consider relocating to France? Why Prestashop? Do you use PHP? What're your salary expectations?
