I have been working at Pride Stations & Stores part-time (Less than a year)

Pretty good pay for the type of job you do. Not difficult and there are plenty of hours available to work.

There is too much turnover. No flexibility for shift coverage. Policies flip-flop all the time. There doesn't seem to be consistency.

    Advice to Management

Stop changing policies all the time. Appreciate your employees more and listen to what they have to say. Offer better benefits.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Pride Stations & Stores (Springfield, MA) in March 2015.

I was seated in a small room and had to wait. The person interviewing me did not appear to be all that interested. They seemed more annoyed, as if they had been interrupted. The interview did not last long and they failed to tell me things about the training that would have been helpful. They were also very vague about the location I would be working.
