I have been working at Pride in North Carolina full-time
They had a very good patient base, and were able to secure contracts that ensured high referral rates, and a steady flow of patients.
They alienate workforce by not valuing the contributions and dedication of workers. They make empty promises to workers, and don't follow through. Leadership consistently demonstrates "us and them" attitudes, and makes demeaning references to employees (in front of them).
Unskilled leadership with little knowledge of regulatory practices, or little regard for them
Advice to Management
Hire qualified professionals.
Cater to your employees instead of asking them to cater to you.
Get the training you require for the position you hold.
I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at Pride in North Carolina (Jacksonville, NC) in January 2016.
Professional, easy going, nice regional director, questions were appropriate and relevant to the position being hired for. Questions were straightforward and to the point. Questions seemed to flow nicely and transition appropriately.
