I have been working at Pride in North Carolina full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The kids and the families. The pay is good. Co-workers are friendly but also fake. Training is paid and Holidays too

    Cons

The company is in desperate need for kids to stay in business the will accept kids who do not qualify for services and make them qualify for services. The were recently in the news associated with Medicaid fraud. Upper Management do not help out when you are short staffed which is always. Promotion comes from whom you know not what you know. Human resources does not exist. No supervison from management. Extremely high turnover rate due to poor upper management.

    Advice to Management

Continue to throw employees who are not qualified into positions until something happens to them from the Aggressive kids you accept into the program

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took a week. I interviewed at Pride in North Carolina (Jacksonville, NC) in January 2016.

    Interview

Professional, easy going, nice regional director, questions were appropriate and relevant to the position being hired for. Questions were straightforward and to the point. Questions seemed to flow nicely and transition appropriately.
