I have been working at Pridgeon & Clay full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I’ve worked at P&C for a year now and it’s been the most significant time for career development and professional growth. I’ve partnered with highly skilled individuals from every level of the organization. I look back at the opportunities I’ve had over this past year and I’m blown away. I’m so blessed to be a part of this team. We are doing amazing things at P&C- It feels good to know that I and we are valued. One of the most exciting things is a new training program that launched this June! We have a great team here.

    Cons

I'd love to see more personnel support in my department.

    Advice to Management

Continue to give feedback- I've received some of the best coaching from our President and some of the managers.
