I have been working at Pridgeon & Clay full-time (More than a year)
Great benefits (especially tuition reimbursement), teamwork environment, lots of room for advancement to people who want to
Reactive sometimes and there is some understaffing
Advice to Management
Get employees, including leadership, the training that they need to grow and to listen to employees when they are the experts on the things that you are looking to change (presses, machines, etc.).
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Pridgeon & Clay.
Receive a call from human resources, 20-30 minute interview with someone in HR and one in your department of applying for, interview with two executives of Pridgeon & Clay, got called back for a second round of interviewing, asked a lot of detailed questions about resume, waited about 2 weeks to hear back.
