    I worked at Primark full-time

    Pros

Great salary (much better than any other similar retailer)
Easy to pay monthly the VHI
    Excellent Company's pension contribution
Lots of room for development - US and all over Europe

    Cons

Very long hours (managers are expected to work over 48+ hours a week
Ireland has not so good senior management, mostly "old school" and been there for 20+ years and impossible to move up and do different things.
Managers has no support from HR. Department managers are expected to be by themselves and no help from HR is effectively provided.

    Assistant Store Manager Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Roselle, NJ
    No Offer
    Negative Experience

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at Primark (Roselle, NJ) in June 2018.

    Interview

The whole process took about 4 weeks. I had 2 phone interviews and than a face to face. I was shocked because they commented so well the entire time but after the face to face they ghosted me. I left a voicemail and even email my contact asking for feedback and got nothing in return.
