I have been working at Primary Care Development (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great coworkers, cutting edge projects to change the way healthcare is delivered, unique mission driven company, great learning environment - the work develops your skills in many areas

    Cons

Flat management structure, few resources for business development, it can be a challenge to find well paying projects as our clients often are under resourced

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Primary Care Development (New York, NY) in October 2016.

    Interview

Two ppl interviewed me. It's more of a conversation. The staff were friendly. They wanted to know how I can apply the skills I learned in other internships could apply to this position, what technical skills I know, what I liked about this position as opposed to others I've had in the past, behavioral questions, etc. Pretty much a regular interview. It lasted for an hour and a half.

    Interview Questions

    • Do you know how to use VLookup, pivot tables, Microsoft office?
What would you do if you if you had several important projects that were due soon and someone gave you another project?
What is a finance department? Why is it important?
