Pros

Excellent income potential and career opportunities. Fast-paced sales environment in wireless sales that helps keep the days going by fast. Stores all across the country for transfers or promotions.

Cons

Retail sales can be stressful, must be high-energy and adaptive to change as the business requires. If you want a slow and steady job...this is not the best fit.

Stay engaged and communicate with the employees.

...No work life balance, micromanaging area managers, low pay, clawbacks on commission, ever changing commission structure in order to line upper management pockets, missing commission on pay checks, no stools for pregnant employees (until 30 weeks), no structured break times, expected to be in contact with employees and on email outside of work hours, zero empathy, female employees are punished for speaking out about harassment in the workplace....Read More
