    Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Primera Engineers (Chicago, IL) in June 2017.

    Interview

Had phone interview with a department engineer in MEP and he told me to get back to school and get my master's! That was 10 years ago! I got it, loud and clear! Offered another phone interview in June of this year, after some prodding from an associate who used to be one of my former professors. Interviewer was from a third party company for the company's human resources department. Really odd! She did not seem prepared and was just asking repeated questions about my work timeline as an undergraduate. I spent more than an hour justifying every gap. We did not talk about the position or the company. Did not seem a bit interested in my graduate studies related to the position.
