    Pros

Transparency - everyone in the company knows what is going on at all times. There is no 'hiding' information, which applies to everyone from the CEO to entry-level employees.

Support- working with high-level individuals who excel at their positions has allowed me to pick up other valuable skills, while fine-tuning my own.

Trust- Princeton hires the best people. They do this so they can give their employees the freedom to work! There is no micro-managing, each employee is responsible for producing the results they have been brought on for. On top of that, everyone believes in each other and their abilities. There are no toxic issues like gossip that plague the average company.

Culture- everyone has bough into the culture of radical honestly and accountability. That's why the machine works. There is no shaming, no finger pointing, only a collective effort to get better.

Products- the physical programs that Princeton offers are very competitive, and the service provided is unlike anything I've ever experienced. It makes buying-in to the company and what we're trying to do incredibly easy.

    Cons

There are zero cons when it comes to working with Princeton Mortgage.

    Advice to Management

The leaders of the company give all employees the tools to meet and exceed their professional and personal goals.

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Princeton Mortgage (Pennington, NJ) in January 2017.

    Interview

This was the most thorough and comprehensive interview I've been through. There was a first round culture for interview for about an hour. After that they brought me back for a second round 'Topgrading' interview that was intense, but really thoughtful. It was clear throughout the process that they wanted to get to know me as a person and understand what motivated me and where I wanted to go with my career. I also took several assessments that were shared with me. I found them helpful. Overall i thought the structured interview process showed that Princeton Mortgage cares a lot about the people who work there and they put the work in upfront with the interview process.
