I have been working at Princeton Mortgage full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I've never worked for a company where radical transparency was the norm. I love the culture here. There is a high level of accountability and coaching to help you build your business. They equip you with the right tools to grow a successful business.

    Cons

If you're the kind of loan officer who wants to be left alone and do your own thing, Princeton Mortgage is not for you. As I said earlier there is a high level of accountability and transparency and some people don't like that. In any company that is growing, you'll experience some growing pains. They're addressed and dealt with as they arise.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing the things you're doing and contunually strive to get better and better!

    Mortgage Loan Officer Interview

    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Princeton Mortgage (Pennington, NJ) in January 2018.

    Interview

The interview process was in depth, but also very comfortable. They really took the time to get to know me as a person and what drives me to succeed. I was given the opportunity to review the culture and what would be required from me on the second interview, which led me to be able to make a decision I was comfortable with.
