I have been working at Principal Financial Group full-time (More than 10 years)
Leadership, work life balance, autonomy, development, pay and benefits
Normal large company red tape.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Principal Financial Group.
I had a phone interview with a recruiter, and it felt very impersonal and rigid. The recruiter sounded like she was reading verbatim from a script, including introducing herself. She couldn't provide much information about the position either. As Principal is a well-known highly reputable company, their recruiting department seemed lacking personality and warmth. The questions were easy but felt a off topic for the position.
