I have been working at Priority Health full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great people, great atmosphere, great benefits, great leaders in certain areas

    Cons

Pay is average, for an organization that is integrated into a hospital system, it feels like pay is lower than what it could be with raises being minimal at best.

Executive leadership does a lot of moving around, but mid level management is fairly consistent and do a good job of interacting with direct reports to meet their needs and support your future goals

    Advice to Management

Stabilize executive management, continue to focus on your most important asset, employees.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Priority Health (Grand Rapids, MI) in July 2017.

    Interview

    (1) Phone interview with recruiter, (2) In-person interview with supervisor and manager, (3) In-Person interview with supervisor, manager and department manager. There was also a personality assessment after the phone interview. Everyone was very cordial and helpful.
