    Never have I been part of another organization that cares so much about the individual success of each of their employees.


    The biggest downside is that this opportunity is not for everyone. Only if you’re competitive, hard-working, coachable, honest, disciplined, and mentally-tough will you truly have the success you desire at P1. The job isn’t easy and the hours are often long (especially early on as a rep or if you are in a Leadership position). There are also certain things within the Transportation Industry that you just can’t control as a Sales Rep and if you let those things consume you then you’re going to get discouraged and eventually get burned out. We do our best to source the best individuals for the Sales position by having all candidates go through a somewhat lengthy interview process. We do this for the best interest of the candidate and for P1. With that said, we aren’t perfect and as you can see from a handful of the reviews on Glassdoor, we sometimes miss the mark with our hires.

    Advice to Management

    Keep finding ways to better improve the work/life balance for our Sales Team and continue giving us the tools to grow the business and be successful! Continue getting better at identifying good candidates for the Sales Role. Let's go baby!!! Yee!!!

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Priority1 (Tempe, AZ) in October 2018.


    Started with an initial phone screen with a member of their talent acquisition team. Next, I had another phone interview with the Inside Sales Manager (Hiring Manager). Finally, I was brought in for a brief 20 minute interview to talk about the company, the position, and talking about a potential fit.
