I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at PrizeLogic (Scottsdale, AZ) in December 2015.
I talked to the VP of Engineering, one of the .Net Directors, and then talked with 4 developers at one time for the technical portion. You will take an online assessment prior to the face to face. If you can get a current employee to refer you, you will be guaranteed a face to face interview. There is no phone screen. If the face to face goes well, you will get an offer quickly. They are picky on the soft skills stuff and 'culture fit'. They will ask you to assess yourself on multiple technical areas on a scale of one to ten and ask questions according to the level you place yourself at. No whiteboard session. No coding exercises. Expect a lot of trivia based questions related to ASP.NET MVC and SQL.
