Acquiring and maintaining sustainable relationships with key account corporate clients Actively involved in defining the prospects, client acquisition and the acquisition Assessing client needs and understanding their business Providing tailored solutions for each client In case of loans assessing the client creditworthiness and proposing the financing solution Prepare cases /credit proposals for credit risk department Managing the portfolio of up to 20 key account clients, worth over 15 Million Dollars Responsible for customer satisfaction. Regularly monitoring the client's business and cooperation with the bank Defining opportunities for up scaling cooperation with each individual client on regular basis Responsible for collection in case of loan arrears Supporting account managers in daily activities. Planning, leading, organizing and controlling the team towards sustainable, continuous growth in results.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ProCredit Bank.
Submit an application online, face-to-face interview in 2 weeks. Interviewed by the local HR officer of the bank and 2 senior lawyers. General questions such as why you want to work for them, what you expect in return etc. Don't show you are motivated and willing to grow, else you won't get the job. If you are happy to comply to their terms i.e. no career progress, no salary raise, then it may be a good start for you in legal/banking.
