Acquiring and maintaining sustainable relationships with key account corporate clients
Actively involved in defining the prospects, client acquisition and the acquisition
Assessing client needs and understanding their business
Providing tailored solutions for each client
In case of loans assessing the client creditworthiness and proposing the financing solution
Prepare cases /credit proposals for credit risk department
Managing the portfolio of up to 20 key account clients, worth over 15 Million Dollars
Responsible for customer satisfaction.
Regularly monitoring the client's business and cooperation with the bank
Defining opportunities for up scaling cooperation with each individual client on regular basis
Responsible for collection in case of loan arrears
Supporting account managers in daily activities.
Planning, leading, organizing and controlling the team towards sustainable, continuous growth in results.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ProCredit Bank (Yerevan (Armenia)).
3 phases, 2 interviews, 1 written test
Mathematical test for checking analytical skills. Interview to understand the logical thinking and final interview with manager. Group interview was very interesting and we divided into two groups.
The bank was already sold and does not exist.
