We are proud to support the following organizations:
Devnar Foundation was established with four students in a rented room. Within a span of 17 years, the school has grown to the present stature with 350 students, housed in a three-storeyed building owned by the Foundation. This phenomenal growth is due to the undoubted ability and unflinching enthusiasm of the founder and his wife, the dedicated staff, many philanthropists and donors. Devnar School is now acclaimed as the best institution for the Visually Challenged in India with the students aspiring to reach great heights of achievement, hitherto thought impossible for such children.
Rotary International is the world's first service club organization, with more than 1.2 million members in 33,000 clubs worldwide. Rotary club members are volunteers who work locally, regionally, and internationally to combat hunger, improve health and sanitation, provide education and job training, promote peace, and eradicate polio under the motto Service Above Self.
Salvation Army provides assistance to nearly 30 million Americans each year through the broadest array of social services that range from providing food for the hungry, relief for disaster victims, assistance for the disabled, outreach to the elderly and ill, clothing and shelter to the homeless and opportunities for underprivileged children. 82 cents of every dollar spent is used to support those services in 5,000 communities nationwide.
The Sunshine Pantry is a family-run nonprofit food pantry in Beaverton, Oregon. For more than 25 years the Sunshine Pantry has gathered food, clothing, household items, toys and toiletries to distribute to families in need in the community. Today the organization supplies food, clothing, toys and toiletries to 500 families per month.

I have been working at ProKarma full-time (More than a year)
- Little to no bureaucracy and very big aspirations
- Family atmosphere (in Seattle at least – can’t speak to other offices) and a good focus on investing in relationships
- Very adaptable – ProKarma sees market opportunities and they go for it.
- ProKarma is willing to try new things while still maintaining their core competencies.
- Things are moving fast – it puts stress on existing processes
- I’d like to see even more investment in intellectual property. There is some – but I would like to see more
Advice to Management
Keep the focus on building relationships with clients and consultants.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at ProKarma (Corvallis, OR).
I got a call a call from prokarma as they got my profile through zip job site . Recruiter one Mr. dave capellini called me saying he is excited to see my profile . He arranged a technical interview , I had to really follow up for that interview to happen . Technical guy called me after two hours of the scheduled time . The interview was silly and he asked me some simple random questions . After two day a lots follow recruiter called me and told interview went well and he want to place an offer . I got the offer next day , and I asked for 10k more he immediately agreed . And they took all my documents including I9 verification details. And gave a joining date .
After that immigration guy called and he collected a all my documents fir h1b transfer including my wife's i539 documents . With the immigration guy i came to know they don't have any project documents for h1b transfer .
I planned for move including winding up my wife's job . Later i came to know it pipelining process and they have collected all details and they will look for projects for me . They don't care about the offer and joining date . It caused me a lot of collateral damage jeopardizing existing job . Fake offer fake commitments , they have all my personal documents and i am scared identity threat .
