We are proud to support the following organizations:
Devnar Foundation was established with four students in a rented room. Within a span of 17 years, the school has grown to the present stature with 350 students, housed in a three-storeyed building owned by the Foundation. This phenomenal growth is due to the undoubted ability and unflinching enthusiasm of the founder and his wife, the dedicated staff, many philanthropists and donors. Devnar School is now acclaimed as the best institution for the Visually Challenged in India with the students aspiring to reach great heights of achievement, hitherto thought impossible for such children.
Rotary International is the world's first service club organization, with more than 1.2 million members in 33,000 clubs worldwide. Salvation Army provides assistance to nearly 30 million Americans each year through the broadest array of social services that range from providing food for the hungry, relief for disaster victims, assistance for the disabled, outreach to the elderly and ill, clothing and shelter to the homeless and opportunities for underprivileged children. 82 cents of every dollar spent is used to support those services in 5,000 communities nationwide.
The Sunshine Pantry is a family-run nonprofit food pantry in Beaverton, Oregon. For more than 25 years the Sunshine Pantry has gathered food, clothing, household items, toys and toiletries to distribute to families in need in the community. Family always comes first with the CFO sometimes chasing people out of the office at the end of the day.
Furthermore, acquisitions are viewed as growth opportunities in the acquired spaces, rather than sources of revenue where the fat can be cut.
Standard "open door" management policy where they actually listen and seriously consider change suggestions.
Tribal knowledge is relied upon too much.
Standardized resources and documentation are rather thin.
