Tony founded ProLink Staffing Services with his brother Michael in 2011; since then, the company has celebrated over 4 years of significant growth and success. Prior to ProLink Staffing, they both held senior level management positions at a national staffing company where they gained invaluable knowledge of the staffing industry. Both Tony and Michael’s passion and dream of having their own business was burned into their being at an early age through their deceased father’s words of advice… “Work hard; take risks, and live each day having no regrets.” The brothers have instilled these words into all their employees, and it’s what the company as a whole, live by and strive for each day. One of the reasons for ProLink’s accelerated growth is that Tony and Michael surround themselves with a staff that share their similar ideals. Their staff is empowered with responsibilities, direction, and the expectation to reach goals mutually established.
Initially, ProLink Staffing Services was focused on the healthcare industry: creating relationships with hospitals, healthcare facilities, doctors, etc. Once strategic partners were established, performance was at an all-time high, and the company’s reputation for delivering the highest quality staffing solutions was respected amongst the industry, Tony and Michael were ready for their next challenge. They decided it was time to take their company to the next level, by expanding their staffing opportunities to the Architecture and Engineering industries. Additionally, they established a joint venture with HYUR Staffing Service, a minority business enterprise. The risk was high, but the results have been rewarding.
One of the founding partners of ProLink Staffing Services, Mike Munafo began his career in the staffing and recruiting industry in 2004. Mike quickly developed his reputation as an industry leader and has achieved numerous awards for sales production, account development and national accomplishments. Mike always wanted to start his own company which was a dream of his father who passed away after a 10 year battle of cancer when Mike was twelve year old. It was Mike’s goal to not only wanted to create an opportunity for himself, but to create an opportunity for others! After having a successful career in staffing he made his father’s dream come true with his starting ProLink with his brother, Tony. Mike was instrumental in the launch and development of ProLink Healthcare with the nursing division and then ProLink Resources. After much success in these operating companies, Mike has moved on to lead the ProLink National Sale’s and Implementation team for their parent company ProLink Staffing Services. One of ProLink’s 4 key initiatives is geographic expansion. This is where Mike’s team is leveraging location relationships to help grow the company geographically. The Munafo brothers want ProLink to be the avenue for their employees to achieve where they want to be personally, professionally, and financially. Mike’s passion for developing partnerships with clients ensures that staffing and recruiting (human capital management) will never stand in the way of any client achieving their strategic business goals. Mike has been named a finalist for the Entrepreneur of the Year Award through Ernst and Young three years in a row. They have won best Places to Work four years in a row from the Cincinnati’s Business Courier. Last year ProLink was named a Fast 55 Finalist, they were Goering Center Family Business of the Year in 2014, and Cincinnati Chamber Runner Up for Business of the Year.
As the newest member of the ProLink Staffing team, Mark Arnett brings 20 plus years of financial experience helping companies grow profitably. Mark’s proven ability to plan strategically and drive analytics based decision making will provide a great resource as he partners with the leadership team in growing ProLink while providing unmatched service for our clients and opportunities for our employees. Mark brings a passion about continuous improvement and is committed to developing people and systems to support the business.

-Wins are celebrated both inside and outside of the office. Management and co-workers don't only care about your success in the office, but also the wins in your outside life as well
-The room for advancement is unlimited. Management wants to make sure you're on the career path you want to be on and begin asking you very early if you know which direction you would like to go on the promotion path.
-Coming into work everyday doesn't feel like a chore. The people and the atmosphere are uplifting and enthusiastic. I thoroughly enjoy every day I spend in this office.
I have no cons to list for my job. The outcome of my work is directly related to the effort I put in and it's rewarding to see hard work pay off.. With that being said, if you want to succeed you do have to put in hard work.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ProLink Staffing (Cincinnati, OH) in October 2016.
The process went very smooth. ProLink Staffing was referred to me by a fellow colleague. ProLink went through a phone screen, Skype 1-1, and finally a half day where you come onsite. The whole process took roughly 2 weeks and then an offer was made.
