Like the overall supportive culture. Management is involved at trying to make healthcare better for all.
Believe there are often times too many layers to get things done. Credentialing is burdensome and extremely slow. Not always as nimble as we could be.
Advice to Management
Cut some of the red tape to stay always able to make changes on the fly
I applied through other source. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at ProMedica.
Was called in to interview with the pharmacy director. When I got there, I interviewed w/ her first, then I interviewed with the entire team without her in the room. They went around the table, and each got to ask me a question.
