    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at ProQuest (South Seattle, WA) in August 2017.

    Interview

I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview about a week after applying. Shortly after my phone interview, I received an email to set up an in-person interview in the Seattle office. My in-person interview needed to be rescheduled, as HR didn't check the vacation calendar before making it. The interviewers themselves didn't seem particularly well-prepared

It's been over a month and a half since my in-person interview and there's been almost no communication with ProQuest HR other than "I'll tell your recruiter to get in touch with you!" Obviously no offer, but I'd have to turn one down based on schedule alone: supervisor requires all in this position to spread their 19 hours out over 5 days.
