Advice to ManagementKeep it up!!
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Proactive Technologies (New York, NY) in Jan 2018
InterviewTerrible! Cancelled 3 times on final stage of the interview process. After they canceled the in-person interview via emails minutes after I was already on the train from NJ to the city, I was expecting them to reschedule and only after I followed up with them a few days later, the HR person stated they decided to move on with another candidate.
The second stage of the interview, the manager was nice but talked for more than 50 minutes. May have asked me 2 questions. Nevertheless, at end of the interview, I was asked how my schedule was looking to come in and meet the owner. Normally, if you're interviewing a candidate, you should know if the person is fit for the role within 10 minutes.Answer Question
