Mission: The PCM Mission
Professional Case Management’s mission is to deliver care and other services that enhance the quality of life of clients in the most healing of environments – the home.
Professional Case Management (PCM) was founded with the goal of providing the best possible care in the best possible place – the home. PCM caregivers follow the core principles of FOCUS, EXPERIENCE, QUALITY and COMPASSION to provide in-home care services with the highest standards and ethics in the industry. PCM’s dedicated and knowledgeable professionals deliver a full range of services from monthly visits or help with daily activities to extensive, round-the-clock continuous care. In the comfort of home, clients and families are able to maintain the independence and quality of life they have earned.
From humble beginnings in Denver, Colorado to 12 offices nationwide delivering Home Health services in over 35 States nationwide, our employees are dedicated to making people's lives better. We are proud of the families and lives we have touched and continue to devote ourselves to elevating our standard of care and business practices. As we have grown, we have not lost sight of the great personal opportunity we have been provided. When a family invites us into their home, we strive to meet and exceed all their expectations. It is an honor to accept this challenge and provide the best possible care in the best possible place – the home.
At PCM, we take home health care very seriously. That’s why we only hire caregivers of the highest caliber and character. Our caregivers hold the great privilege and responsibility of caring for our clients in the most intimate of settings–their own homes. We seek caregivers who are committed to providing only the best of care to those who have entrusted us with their care. And as a caregiver for PCM, we place our trust in you–to provide the safe, professional and respectful home health care our clients need and deserve.
At the core of our business are the people who enable us to deliver excellent client care—day in and day out, across the United States. Whether you are an executive leader setting the goals and policies of a department, or a staff member who works to support our caregivers and clients, PCM has a place for you. Marketing, Outreach, Recruiting, Human Resources, Staffing, Clinical, Operations, Legal, Finance and Accounting and Administrative Teams are instrumental to the continued success of PCM. We have grown tremendously over the past 30 years, and we seek smart, motivated and mission-driven individuals to propel PCM to great heights. Through our dedicated individuals and teams, we strive to continuously improve the high standard of care and support we provide to PCM’s clients, caregivers and business partners alike.
PCM offers a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees, designed to help you and your family stay healthy, grow personally, professionally and financially, and achieve a balance between your work and personal life.
When you join PCM, the first thing you’ll notice is how much our mission permeates the PCM culture. We are a business that focuses on caring for people – which also means caring about our employees. But don’t take our word for it. To truly get a feel for PCM’s culture, read what our valued employees have to say:
"I have been an employee of PCM for 8 years. I have enjoyed both personal and professional growth during my tenure. PCM embraces a positive culture and shows appreciation to their employees which in today’s fast-paced work environment is refreshing. PCM’s dedication to providing the best in-home health care services to our population is second to none. Working with this special group of clients has been an amazing experience and having the resources offered by PCM to assist these clients has enriched their lives which is very gratifying to me as a nurse."
- Marcelle M., RN, Clinical Operations
“My reasons for liking working for PCM are first and foremost: the clients and second is the flexibility in making your work schedule fit your schedule.”
- Joan C., Caregiver, Texas
Professional Case Management is the opportunity to provide care the way we were taught in nursing school. The holistic approach to giving care, patient centric, and time spent one on one. There is no better or more rewarding homecare experience available to a nurse.
- Mollie M., Regional Director; New Mexico
"PCM is a great place for both professional and personal growth! Their focus on teambuilding and collaboration makes for a friendly & productive environment to work in! Plus, it is satisfying going home each day knowing that our company is helping those in need, and that I am a part of that."
- Jessica W., Corporate Administration; Colorado
"Working for PCM is an honor and a privilege. I am proud of our company’s mission and appreciate the knowledge and life lessons I have acquired through my association with our unique clientele. Working for PCM has enabled me to give my children a better life financially and my flexible work schedule has allowed me to enjoy more of their life events. I have been supported by both the local and corporate management teams through serious illnesses, family tragedies, and life-changing events. I consider my co-workers and clients an extension of my family and couldn’t imagine working for anyone else."
- Debbie Q., RN, Nurse Administrator, Ohio
I have been working at Professional Case Management full-time (More than a year)
I'm inspired to have the opportunity to work with so many professionals committed to the care and well-being of the patients we serve. A dedicated group of mission-driven employees.
Systems and automation could be more elegant.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Professional Case Management.
The interview was a joke! It was a 10 minute phone conversation with someone in management who only talked about herself and the company...never asking me much about myself or my experience. They needed a warm body with a nursing license, that's all.
They pay a flat rate for RNs of 32$/hr with no other benefits & no future opportunity for pay increase.
