    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Professional Sports Publications full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Hard work and dedication is always rewarded. Opportunities to earn additional money are omni-present. Leads are always supplied and help is always offered.

    Cons

The rejection that comes with sales, especially at this level, can be hard to handle. Balancing the ups and downs can be a challenge.

    Advice to Management

Keep thinking outside the box and giving projects to the sales people that can help all of us earn a lot of commission. Contests and incentives are always fun and rewarding.

    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Professional Sports Publications (New York, NY).

    Interview

Super easy process, phone interview then in person. They move fast with everything. As for the in-person interview it could not have been easier and they basically just ask about you as a person.
