I have been working at Professional Sports Publications full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I started working at PSP a few months out of college. After 4 years of successful selling, I took over the Branch Manager role in Scottsdale. I’m not even 30 years old and running an office of 25+ people and looking to expand. Confidence and personality make you successful.

    -Monetarily rewarding
    -Good benefits
-Proven decades long company track record of success
    -Constant sales support
    -All leads supplied by company
    -Casual work environment
    -All inclusive company trips
    -Experienced management
    -Job stability

    Cons

-The sales roller coaster can be both exciting and frustrating
-If your personality doesn’t fit the sales game, you may not be a fit with PSP
-Must be willing to leave your comfort zone to be successful

    Advice to Management

Many people work only to get a paycheck every two weeks and put forth minimal effort. Most of the bad reviews are from these types of people, no work ethic, expecting to be handed everything. They hire based on personality type, nothing else. Come grind and you will be rewarded.
