I have been working at ProfitWell full-time (More than 5 years)
Surrounded by intellectually curious and incredibly hardworking coworkers, as such there is a consistent amount of learning from others that happens each day.
There hasn't been a day I've been bored or looking for something to do. The sense of trying to build something valuable to both customers and to each one of us building is palpable and infectious across all teams.
From day one you're exposed to important work with the trust you'll get job done regardless of seniority or experience. Everyone has the ability to make an impact.
Leadership team is transparent and open to feedback
The work can be hard, expect challenges to come and sometimes long hours.
Advice to Management
Continue to hire smart people and listen to feedback from the greater team
I applied online. I interviewed at ProfitWell.
1. Short phone interview. 2. Short call reviewing the product. 3. Assignment
The initial interview was rather easy and the questions were not very challenging or insightful. Although writing samples were requested, I am not sure they were reviewed based on the vague feedback.
