At Progress, we’re very proud of our high conversion rate of interns into full time employees, and we’re thrilled with the talent we’ve gained through our Internship Program.

"Great work experience for a software engineer in a professional work environment with an agile development process. Lots of friendly, experienced employees who are happy to answer any questions. Technical skills doubled during my Internship." – Brian McGrath, Software Engineer Intern in Bedford, MA

The Internship or Apprenticeship Program (UK) at Progress is aimed towards college students and we encourage all students who feel they’re a good fit to apply. These work-based training programs combine on-the-job training with nationally recognized qualifications and are a great way to build a skilled and motivated workforce. We’re very pleased to be able to help young people into a vocation and support them as they develop their career. In turn, Interns help Progress through the motivation, commitment, and passion they bring to the job every day. We’re proud of the positive feedback we’ve received from past interns and look forward to the next great wave of talent to hit Progress!

"I have learnt so much that I will carry on throughout my life and in future career, this experience has given me the confidence and knowledge as to what is expected in the work place and as an employee.”–  Molly Springall, Apprentice in Bracknell, UK

    Customer Advocate Interview

    Average Interview

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Progress (New York, NY).

The interview process was very relaxed, I applied for the position, the next day I had a phone screen interview with my Recruiter which lasted 30minutes. That same day after the phone screen, I then made it to the next round speaking with one of the managers over the phone for 30minutes which went really well. The next step, my recruiter reached out to me and told me that I was going to the next round, which was the on-site interview. The on-site interview lasted about an hour. It went extremely well, they asked about my background, and also things I like to do outside of work. Afterwards, I followed up with my recruiter after the interview. Then I received the offer. Overall, the process was great, and my recruiter stayed in contact with me every step of the way
