Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. There is a too much bureaucracy at the middle management levels, especially between departments, which hampers agility. Different departments want to work together but get held back due to hesitancy

See the cons section and allow your employees to innovate. Truly listen to their presentations, ask questions that show you're hearing them, and be open to dialogues rather than issuing decisions.
