I worked at Progressive Financial Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great pay
Good location close to 60 and 10
    Decent Benefits
    Great friendly coworkers

    Cons

    work alot of hours
    management team very understaffed
would make me fire people for literally no reason
Very clicheish, meaning if you are not part of the in crowd and dont sped half your day in the directors office kissing his butt you will be walked on
Oh and the director over there has slept with like 4 of his agents, yet the owner loves him for some reason and refuses to fire him.

    Advice to Management

Ger rid of your director, the guy is a joke.

    Collections Agent Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Financial Services (Eddystone, PA) in September 2014.

    Interview

Directions given to the office were not clear, the google maps location was off by a building. The interview was held with just the training manager 'Brian'. He sat down with my in the training room and asked about my customer service skills and let me know this was a collections job, I immediately apologize and said I should leave now, as I'm NOT a collections type person. he said that they were trying to move in a service way and wanted to get real Customer service oriented people. I'm up for a challenge and stayed.
