I have been working at Progressive Leasing full-time (Less than a year)
It is a family focused company which provides a great work life balance. There are times you have to work extra hours to get a project done, but when things come up in life there are a lot of people there to back you up so you can take care of your family first.
My team lead talks to me about my short and long term career goals, and is always trying to find internal opportunities that will help me accomplish those goals.
They have created a culture of open communication. Any time I have emailed my team lead with feedback I always see an email chain straight to the top, and know that the emails are read and my feedback is taken into serious consideration. I also know I could walk into the CIO's office with any concerns and would be welcomed and listened to.
I can tell that Progressive cares about their employees and their customers. No company is perfect, but management is always working with the employees to improve the company. It is a wonderful company to work for.
I am not going to complain. There may be some processes, etc. that aren't perfect, but I know there are active discussions about how to improve and resolve problems. Everyone is doing their best.
Advice to Management
Keep listening to your employees and customers, and I know Progressive will continue to have great success!
I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Leasing (New York, NY) in November 2017.
I was contacted by a recruiter by phone for an application I submitted via Indeed. I was scheduled a phone screen interview that lasted 30 to 40 minutes. We covered company history, job expectations, my work history and reviewed constructive questions that were about my work experience. After our interview was complete I was asked to do an online digital assessment. After a few days I did received a call giving me feedback on my interview and was asked to schedule a in person interview with a hiring manager in my area. During that interview I had to present a 5 minute presentation on a subject of my choice. I felt the interview went well. I was contacted again by the recruiter a few days later to schedule another phone interview with a Senior Sales Manager. Then a few days after that I completed my final interview with the VP of Sales.
