    I have been working at Progressive Leasing full-time (Less than a year)


    They are growing at 25-30% annually with a 1.5B revenue stream. That would be better than unicorn status for startups. This company really tries to make sure you feel that you are important and valued and go out of their way to make it happen.


    They do have going pains that come with fast growth, which usually demonstrates itself in middle management. The company is taking actions to help with this, by implementing a professional grade management training program that is directed at all levels of people managers int he organization.

    I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Leasing (Draper, UT) in November 2018.


    I applied through LinkedIn and got an email setting up a phone interview 2 weeks later. after that, the process moved fairly quickly. After the phone interview, they scheduled me for a second phone interview later that week with the VP and Manager over Risk Analysis. The next day I was invited on site for an interview the following week. overall the process took 4-5 weeks from application to an offer.
