I have been working at Promega full-time (More than 10 years)
The corporate culture values employees. Life work balance, plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in areas you like, although this doesn't always mean you will climb the promotion ladder.
Upper level management is isolated with respect to the rest of the company, they seem to have a disconnect with what really grows Promega, consistent, high quality, products.
Advice to Management
I applied online. I interviewed at Promega.
The first interview was a phone with HR. They asked primarily behavioral type questions and very general questions about my familiarity with Promega products . The second interview was a "technical interview" with Technical Services Managers. After an introduction, they did a mock technical services phone call where they pretended to be people calling for support, and I was supposed to troubleshoot a product that I had told them I was familiar with
