InterviewPrometheus strives to hire folks who fit within their culture. A standard application process, followed by their wonderful recruiter who reaches out with the next step, assuming you are a good match. The next step although nerve wracking, was fun. You are asked to record a short video in an effort for the employer to learn more about your personality. This step is not your trypical boring, interview protocol. Think of it more as an ice breaker! Once you get through the video, you are then contacted for an in-person interview which is the final step. To clarify, this was conducted pre-Covid.
