Each year, the Helen Diller Family Foundation awards $36,000 to fifteen teens for exceptional leadership and engagement. We are proud to support the Foundation in recognizing these spectacular young people. In the words of a Promethean in attendance at the scholarship event, “I can tell you that I felt small in the company of these teens. Their audaciousness to dream big and pursue great change in the world was humbling.”

There are few occasions that bring people from all over the world together for one unified celebration, and there are certainly none more colorful than PRIDE. Prometheus is proud to take part in Pride Month for the fourth consecutive year.
Prometheus marches as an ally with our brothers and sisters of the PRIDE community. We are a place that wraps our arms around diversity and inclusion for all. A fellow Promethean shared that it is “emotionally overwhelming to celebrate who I am with my work family. I know this is a place where everyone has my back”. Creating spaces of acceptance from the Silicon Valley to the Silicon Forest embodies the true feelings of I AM HOME.
Prometheans are here to revolutionize the apartment industry, and we have over 500 of them working at Prometheus. Most of those you'll find in our Neighborhoods leasing apartments, meeting with Neighbors, completing service requests, monitoring financials, and doing so much more. Yes, this means that in 2016, Prometheus will pay 100% of the cost of your premiums for Medical, Dental and Vision. The deduction that you are familiar with coming off of your check every two weeks will not be there!
BUILDING NEIGHBORHOODS SINCE 1965.
We believe in giving back to the neighborhoods we call home. Our Promethean Outreach and Community Help program (POrCH) gives employees the opportunity to volunteer in our neighborhoods while on the clock. On average, over 200 Prometheans are volunteering on any given day.
Prometheus also donates a subsantial portion of our profits to non-profit foundations focused on education, the arts and health care. These programs ensure that we're active members of the neighborhoods we call home. And it's just what good neighbors do.

Let no great work, large or small, go unrecognized. Our recognition program, TORCH, is based on our values, mission and cultural traits. We want to recognize folks for protecting our reputation and for doing something that creates excellence—whether it’s a service moment, taking a risk, or coming up with a great idea that saves the company money or creates a better life for Prometheans or our Neighbors. A “thank you” is always appreciated, but when somebody really goes above and beyond, sometimes a simple thank you doesn’t feel like enough. TORCH lets us share our appreciation for one another in big and small ways. Every Promethean is eligible and encouraged to nominate (and of course receive).
Prometheus wants to be there from the first step when you and your family take on the challenge of higher education. SCHOLARS is how Prometheus invests in yesterday, today, and tomorrow when it comes to the education and the growth of both our Prometheans and their family. With our loan repayment (yesterday) and tuition reimbursement (today) programs for our Prometheans, and our scholarship program (tomorrow) for their dependents, we strive to help those who seek knowledge achieve great accomplishments.

Your experience really depends on your direct management. Some departments are much better than others. But overall company is wonderful and it is worth sticking it out with a difficult boss due to the emphasis on professional growth, a lot of opportunity for advancement.
Advice to Management
Higher Execs - You do a wonderful job of trying to include the entire company in the inner thought process for the company. Keep up the good work!
Some Middle Management/Director level - take note of different management techniques and adapt to the one that best fits the individuals on your team. Not everyone responds the same to the same management style.
I applied through other source. The process took a week. I interviewed at Prometheus Real Estate Group (New York, NY) in December 2015.
The recruitment process was absolutely seamless due, in no small part, to my recruiter, Maria Torres. Maria is one of many awesome Prometheans you'll meet in just a short period of time at Prometheus. Her limitless knowledge of the company and undying positivity were, in my experience, incomparable. Maria never 'oversaw' the hiring process. Instead, it felt as though we worked hand-in-hand and through a collaborative effort we achieved a common goal. The process was effortless and everyone seemed excited which, in turn, made me excited.
